Terms and ConditionsArrival
Our hotel is located within the traffic-calmed medieval town of Klausen-Chiusa.
Hotel guests who arrive by car may drive up to the hotel at any time, may park their car in front of the hotel for a short time and then have the possibility to store the car in our underground parking (cost per day Euro 5.-) or to use the public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (weekdays chargeable).
E-Mobility: we have two Tesla destination chargers where Tesla vehicles can be charged free of charge. All other e-vehicles can fill their "tanks" for a fee.
If you arrive by bicycle, we will be happy to provide you with a free bicycle garage with the possibility of charging your batteries.
If you arrive by train or bus, we will of course help you to organize a transfer to the hotel.
Arrival times
Booked rooms and suites are usually available from 14:00 to 18:00. If you are planning an earlier or later arrival, we will of course be at your disposal.
Departure times
As a rule, the room or suite should be released by 11:00 am. We will be happy to assist you if you wish to depart late or leave your car parked in our garage for a few hours.
Binding booking
A confirmed reservation is considered a booking and is binding for both parties.
Local tax
The local tax in the municipality of Klausen-Chiusa is Euro 2,10.- per person (from 14 years) and night, is collected by the host and passed on to the municipality of Klausen-Chiusa.
Vacation with your dog
Your four-legged friend is welcome in our house. However, we ask for your understanding that certain areas (wellness and fitness area) are not accessible with dog. All outdoor areas and almost all indoor areas are at your disposal and we are happy to help you find a cozy table where your four-legged companion will also find enough space to feel comfortable.
For the final cleaning and the increased effort for the daily cleaning we charge a one-time surcharge of Euro 20.- per pet.
Payments
Payment for your stay is generally due upon departure.
Means of payment
We gladly accept cash (up to the legal limit), Bancomat-EC cards, Visa and Mastercard as means of payment.
Bank coordinates
Money transfers can be made to our bank account at the Südtiroler Volksbank, branch Klausen IBAN: IT02 H058 5658 3100 0557 0000 195. A notification via e-mail is desired in order to be able to give you a feedback at the same time.
Cancellation conditions
We ask for your understanding but our fast moving time forces us to the following regulation:
- 90 days before arrival - free of charge
- 89 - 45 days before arrival - 50% of the arrangement price
- 44 - 10 days before arrival - 70% of the arrangement price
- 9 - 1 day before arrival - 80% of the arrangement price
- No-show or early departure - 100% of the arrangement price
This is independent of a complete or partial subletting.
